St-James Drop-In Centre is Now Using Zeffy to Stay Connected to Donors

We’re excited to announce that St-James Drop-In Centre is now using Zeffy, a 100% free donor management platform, to support our fundraising efforts. Zeffy allows us to ensure that 100% of every dollar you donate goes directly to our mission—not to processing fees or platform costs.

Here’s what this means for you as a donor:

  • Improved connection to the St-James Drop-In Centre community: We know how much our donors care and want to better connect with you a little more often than two newsletters a year!
  • Emails and Communications from Zeffy: Going forward, you may receive donation confirmations or updates from us that will appear as coming from contact@zeffy.com. Any replies will go to us, not to worry, so please keep an eye out and don’t mark them as spam!
  • Voluntary Contribution Model: Zeffy is funded through optional contributions. When you donate, you’ll see a suggested contribution amount to support Zeffy’s mission of keeping their platform free for nonprofits. This amount is entirely voluntary and can be adjusted to any amount you choose—or you can opt-out entirely.
